1. Operator

The Service is operated by (the “Operator”):

Operator details are loaded from global site settings.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a curated, multilingual editorial technology / IT news and content collection. Articles typically originate from external sources and may be selected, summarised, or translated by the Operator for informational purposes.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. The Operator is not obliged to offer accounts, paid features, or uninterrupted availability.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

By browsing, opening, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you:

  1. have read and understood these Terms;
  2. accept that they are binding;
  3. use the Service at your own risk.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree that you will:

The Operator may restrict abusive use and may suspend or discontinue the Service temporarily or permanently.

5. Intellectual property

The Service’s own elements (including design, layout, logos, trademarks, and original text, translations, and summaries belonging to the Operator) are protected by the Operator or its licensors.

Copyright in original articles from external sources generally remains with the source site / original author. Those materials may also be subject to the source’s own terms. Source labels and “read original” links do not transfer any rights from the source.

You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, or commercially redistribute Service content without permission under applicable law and the rights holders’ authorisation.

The Service may include links to third-party websites as well as titles, summaries, and translations derived from third parties.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims warranties that:

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, content on, or links from the Service — including data loss, business harm, or lost profits — even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

This limitation does not affect liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law (for example intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights where they apply).

10. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in a separate Privacy Policy (when published on the website). These Terms and the Privacy Policy should be read together.

11. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when published on the website, unless the publication states otherwise. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, excluding conflict-of-law rules to the extent such exclusion is lawful.

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Failing that, Hungarian courts have jurisdiction under the applicable rules of civil procedure — mandatory consumer venue rules take precedence where they apply.
